Character actor Paul Sorensen who played Cartel member Andy Bradley died aged 82. He appeared in hundreds of TV shows and feature films, frequently playing a police officer, died July 17 in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Calif.
Sorensen had a recurring role on Dallas” as Andy Bradley, a member of the oil cartel. Other recurring roles included “The Brady Bunch,” “My Three Sons” and Barnaby Jones.”
He made his mark in TV Westerns including “Rin Tin Tin,” “Cheyenne,” “Wagon Train,” “Have Gun Will Travel,” “Gunsmoke,” “Rifleman,” “The Virginian,” “Big Valley” and “High Chaparral.”
With 24 other Hollywood actors, he founded the Orchard Gables Repertory Theater group, which Time magazine called “an oasis in the heart of Hollywood.”
Sorensen and his wife of 45 years, Jacqueline May, went on to run The Original Actors Workshop. After retiring from acting, Sorensen, his wife and their son Christian were all ordained as ministers.
He is survived by a sister, two sons and a grandson.
